Errors and omissions
We work hard to keep everything on this site accurate, but mistakes can happen. Prices, specifications, descriptions and availability may occasionally contain errors or be out of date. We reserve the right to correct any error at any time, including after an order has been placed. If a product was listed at an obviously incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and provide a full refund of any amount paid. We will always contact you first and give you the choice to proceed at the correct price or take the refund.
Colour, appearance and natural variation
Product images on this site are indicative only. Screens display colour differently, and photography, lighting and image processing all affect how a floor or window furnishing appears. In addition, timber, bamboo, laminate prints and carpet yarns have natural batch and dye lot variation, so the product delivered may differ in shade, grain or texture from the images shown and from display samples. We strongly recommend viewing a physical sample, or visiting our showroom, before making a final decision. Colour variation within the published range of a product is not a fault.
Product information
Specifications such as board dimensions, wear ratings, warranties and suitability information are provided by the manufacturers and may change without notice. Manufacturer warranties are offered by the relevant manufacturer on their published terms. If a specification is critical to your decision, please confirm it with us before ordering.
Quotes and measurements
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes prepared from customer supplied measurements or plans are estimates only; final pricing is subject to our site measure. Where you supply your own measurements and order on that basis, responsibility for their accuracy rests with you. Quantities for flooring normally include an industry standard cutting allowance.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without notice. Some ranges on this site are quote only and cannot be purchased online; for those, the price is confirmed in your written quote. Goods remain the property of Goodwood Floors until paid for in full.
Stock and availability
Products are subject to supplier availability. Ranges, colours and specifications can be discontinued or changed by manufacturers without notice. If something you have ordered becomes unavailable we will contact you with the closest alternatives or a full refund.
Custom made products
Window furnishings such as blinds and shutters are custom made to your sizes. Once production has started, custom made orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind. Please double check sizes and colours before confirming a custom order.
Delivery and collection
Delivery timeframes given on this site or in quotes are estimates and depend on our suppliers. We deliver within South Australia, and orders can also be collected from our Gepps Cross showroom by arrangement. Delivery charges, where they apply, are confirmed in your quote or at checkout.
Installation
Where we install your flooring, installation is carried out by our own team under the terms set out in your quote. Site conditions such as subfloor moisture, levelness and access can affect the final scope and price; anything material is discussed with you before work proceeds.
Returns
Returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected with this website or with goods not accompanied by a non excludable guarantee is limited to resupplying the goods or services or refunding the amount you paid.

The content of this site is owned by or licensed to Goodwood Floors. Brand and range names belong to their respective manufacturers and are used here to describe genuine products we supply. You may not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without permission.
