30mm and 38mm wide suitable for a variety of floating floor thicknesses.
A cover strip is a flat aluminium trim that sits over the expansion gap where two floors meet, such as in a doorway between rooms, or where a floating floor needs a break in a long run. It covers the gap neatly while still letting the floor move with changes in temperature and humidity. Floortex makes the cover strip in two widths. The 30mm strip comes in metal finishes, and the 38mm strip is available in more than ten timber colours so it can blend in with your boards. Not sure which size suits your floor? Bring in a sample board or tell us the floor thickness and we will match the right strip.
